I’m looking into 0870 numbers (or more generally non-geographical numbers) at the moment. Here is the short list:
Yac (£10-£20 per month depending on if we want to programme time specific forwards.)
BT themsleves (£10/month, same price for revenue sharing on 0871)
UK2Numbers (One-off registration depending on number chosen)
Recently we have been trying to create a new company name – more on why later. I have used the following tools so far:

Google Map created for VW TPS locations: only pioneers and phase 1 included so far.

Bytestart is carrying an article by Al Uszynski called “Steer clear of these 6 Persuasion Pitfalls“. It discusses negative language in the sales process and postivie or at least neutral alternatives. It makes me cringe to think of the number of times I have used, or been subject, to some of these.
Another one of those utilities I use once in a blue moon, and then forget the name of; Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder – this is the Beta version, which works with Vista & Office 2007 too.
It’s free and it works, and if there are any other reasons for using it they escape me for the moment…
I have searched for (and used) an ASCII table so many times over the last few days, and I thought that it would be worth posting my own for convenience. Here it is, both as an Excel file and as text (below). Of course there is a man page for ASCII on Unix…
