Ingredients
10 oz Onion, peeled and finely sliced
1 lb Parsnips, peeled, cored and finely sliced
2 oz Butter, melted
14 oz Sausagemeat
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 Apple, peeled cored & cubed
2 tsp Lemon thyme leaves, chopped
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
3 oz Fresh breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
Method
Saute onion & parsnips in butter over a low heat for 15 minutes until soft. Remove.
Fry together sausagemeat, garlic and sesame seeds for 5 minutes. Stir all of the time.
Drain any fat and add the sausagemeat mixture to the parsnip & onions in a large mixing bowl. Crush together well with a potato masher. Beat to blend well. Alternatively, use a food processor for this step, but don’t over-process.
Add the apple, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley and thyme.
Bake in a hot oven for approximately 1 hour.
Volkswagen UK Limited have created a nationwide network of parts distribution outlets throughout the UK; this comprises 57 Trade Parts Specialist (TPS) centres, dedicated to supplying genuine Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Volkswagen parts to meet the needs of independent motor repairers and bodyshops.
To support the network of distribution outlets Volkswagen UK Limited commissioned motiveAuto, an SAP ERP reseller, to provide a software solution to meet the demands of a busy logistics outlet.
Having created the solution, the next task was to train the 500 staff that would be using the solution.
We identified that there were five key roles on the TPS sites, and created five structured specific role based courses, along with supporting documentation.
Our team of TAP certified trainers started the training delivery phase of the project, incorporating best practice and change management in the course, successfully delivered SAP training courses to all the TPS staff, along with some specific bespoke training courses for the Volkswagen UK head office staff.
The Train and Certify team also delivered training to VW’s internal training team in order that they can continue to meet the ongoing training needs of the TPS network.
